Let's talk about your case
Tell us briefly what it is about. You will receive an initial assessment of your tax position — free of charge and without obligation.
Write to us
E-mail is quickest. Three things are enough for a first assessment:
- Who you are — private individual or company, and where established
- What is happening in Germany — a warehouse, employees, a property, a project
- Since when — that decides whether anything is urgent
We do not need documents for the first reply. You will normally hear from us on the next working day.
Please do not send confidential documents by unencrypted e-mail — it can be read in transit. For contracts, financial statements or copies of identity documents we will agree a secure channel.
Finding us
Our office is at Horemansstraße 6 in the Neuhausen-Nymphenburg district, a few minutes west of the centre of Munich.
A meeting on site is rarely necessary: we accept documents digitally and hold meetings by video on request. For clients who do not live in Germany, that is the normal way of working.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly will I get a reply?
To enquiries through the form or by e-mail, usually on the next working day. For existing engagements it is faster, because your contact already knows the matter.
What should the first message say?
Three things are enough: who you are — private individual or company, and where established; what is happening in Germany — a warehouse, employees, a property, a project; and since when. That lets us judge which obligations apply and whether anything is urgent. We do not need documents for the first reply.
Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. You describe your case, we tell you what to expect in tax terms and make you an offer. Costs only arise once you accept it. A worked-through review of a complex set of facts is not included — for that you get a quote first.
Can I send confidential documents by e-mail?
Unencrypted e-mail can be read in transit. For contracts, financial statements or copies of identity documents we therefore agree a secure channel. For a first enquiry an ordinary message is fine — just do not attach documents to it yet.
We speak neither German nor English. Is that a problem?
Russian is one of our working languages, so no. For other languages we work with interpreters and sworn translators; for documents going to the authorities a certified translation is often required anyway.
